| This image of M63
was processed in a similar way to that of M51, taken on 8 April. The seeing
was not quite so good on this occassion, however, resulting in an image
that was not as crisp. I also lost one of the raw data images due to a guiding
glitch when a gust of wind upset things resulting in small blobs on the
bottom of the stars. I think that the luminance could do with about another
20 to 30 minutes. I will take some more data to add at a later date. There
is also a moving object in the field of view which I have yet to identify. |
