This was taken after setting up for the Mercury transit while waiting for dawn. All exposures were unguided.
The shots were taken to kill time and experiment with the subject. It is very close to the horizon and I wanted to see if I could get a decent picture through the light pollution.
Judging by the results it would be worth travelling to a darker sight to do some dedicated shots including colour.
