| Guiding was through
the Celestron 80mm at f/5 using the MX5C, and a guide exposure of 2 seconds.
Bias frame subtracted, flat fielded, stacked and processed in Astroart.
The picture has been reduced to approx 2/3 actual size. There is a reflection
from the bright star (Zeta). The focus also seems a bit soft. The subject
was quite low to the horizon and I think that this was my last chance this
season from my location. The moon was also very bright showing that the
filter enables shooting through brighter skys and light pollution. |
